Three major production steps of aluminum box:

Casting
-the first process in the production of aluminum alloy profiles:

It mainly includes the following 3 processes:

1. Ingredients: According to the specific alloy grades that need to be produced, calculate the addition amount of various alloy components, and reasonably match various raw materials.

2. Melting: Put the prepared raw materials into the smelting furnace according to the process requirements for melting, and effectively remove the slag and gas in the melt through degassing and slagging refining methods.

3. Casting: Under certain casting process conditions, the molten aluminum is cooled and casted into round casting rods of various specifications through the deep well casting system.

Extrusion-the method of forming aluminum alloy profiles:

First, a mold is made according to the profile product, and the heated round cast rod is extruded from the mold by an extruder. During the extrusion, an air-cooling quenching process and a subsequent artificial aging process are used to complete the heat treatment and strengthening.

Coloring:

The extruded aluminum alloy profile has poor surface corrosion resistance, wear resistance and appearance, and it is usually surface treated by oxidation.

The oxidation treatment includes the following 2 processes:

1. Surface pretreatment: Use chemical or physical methods to clean the surface of the aluminum alloy profile to expose the pure matrix in order to obtain a complete and dense artificial oxide film.

2. Anodic oxidation: The surface of the pretreated profiles will undergo anodic oxidation on the surface of the substrate under certain process conditions to form a dense, porous, and strong adsorption film.
